Karen & Bruce are going to create a truly magical yoga weekend experience incorporating live violin music in the classes. Primarily, the classes will be Vinyasa Flow (Hatha) Yoga but will also include some Yin Yoga, Power Flow, and meditation.

Sunday, Dec. 13 - Drumming Intonation in the Key of Fun Before the drum circle at 3:00, Dr. K will teach the language of good djembe playing - how to hit the drum, where to hit the drum, what the results should be, and more. This is a great class to learn drumming fundamentals.

Sunday, Dec. 13 - Drumming in the Yurt!! - Come experience the magic of drumming in the yurt. Dr. K (Saleef Kafajouffe, Ph.D.) will be leading the drumming circle, so bring your drum, another percussion instrument, or your dancing feet and let's have some fun. Drum rental is available for an additional $5. We'll have a potluck dinner after the event so bring a dish to share and a drink of your choice.

Sunday, Dec. 20 - Winter Solstice Celebration - Come celebrate the Winter Solstice with us in the yurt and welcome back the return of the Sun. Steve Nelson will discuss the meaning of this day and Saleef (Dr. K) will lead the drum circle. We'll have a potluck, so bring a dish to share and a drink of your choice. Lodging is available.

Thurs. Dec. 31-Jan. 2 - Women's New Year's Extravaganza - Come for a fun-filled, creative New Year's celebration with 9 other women. We'll have a burning ceremony to release limiting beliefs, build a vision board for the New Year, and discuss ways to help actualize goals . Ellen Whiteside & Elizabeth Root will co-facilitate this retreat.
